Does Anyone Know If the (Jennie) Finch Windmill Works?

I'm a fastpitch softball pitcher, and I'm in the season of All Stars. I am thinking about purchasing the (Jennie) Finch Windmill so I won't strain my arm during the season, and so that I can strengthen both arms too. I have heard good things about it, but it's just so expensive! But my 3 questions are --> Does The Finch Windmill Work? What Are Its Downsides? What Are Its Upsides?
