i want to make a working model of a wind mill generator capable of giving 9volts to light 3 leds?

wind mill generator working model producing 6or 9 volts volts Ac or Dc. suitable to light leds. The height of tower designed approxmately 70 or 75 CM. other parts should be propositional my estamate is with in 2500 indian rupees

I don't know how much they cost in India, but I saw a good four-LED bar lit by a spinning (yarn) wheel using a LEGO motor as a generator. Your main concern should be gearing; most small DC motors used as generators need to spin very fast to get a high voltage. Your torque should determine your current. Also see KidWind for ideas.
